Reception report and QSL program
IICAT invites radio amateurs, shortwave listeners, students and clubs to receive MRZN and report what they receive. Every validated reception is confirmed with a QSL card.
- CW events: on announced dates, the CW beacon transmits a keyword. Copy it by ear and report it.
- QSL image: during QSL passes, the satellite transmits its QSL card in SSDV. Receive it in full or in part and send your packets.
- Telemetry: decode the AX.25 beacon and share your frames. They help the team monitor the satellite's health.
Recognition: for every validated reception we email the high-resolution MRZN QSL card. Participation is free.
How to take part: check the passes in Operations and events, set up your station with the Ground station equipment guide and send your Reception report.
